Welcome to Light It Up Collective, trading name JRM Welding Pty Ltd.
By accessing our website, browsing our products or placing an order, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service, along with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and any other policies published on our website.
These Terms apply to all visitors, customers and users of our website.
Workshop Visits & Collections
Light It Up Collective operates from a manufacturing workshop located at 17 Tarcoola Street, East Wagga Wagga, NSW.
To ensure the safety of our staff and the efficient operation of our workshop, the premises are not open to the public for general browsing or unannounced visits.
Collections are strictly by appointment only. Once your order is ready, we will contact you via email to arrange a suitable collection date and time.
Customers must not attend the workshop without a confirmed appointment, as we may be unable to accommodate unscheduled visits.
All customer enquiries, orders, collection arrangements and general administration are managed via email. For all enquiries, please contact us at sales@lightitupcollective.com. We aim to respond to all enquiries as soon as reasonably possible during business hours.
Our Products
Light It Up Collective designs and manufactures premium Australian-made steel fire pits and outdoor accessories from our workshop in East Wagga Wagga, NSW.
As many of our products are handcrafted or made to order, slight variations in colour, finish, weld appearance and texture may occur. These characteristics are part of the manufacturing process and make each product unique.
Steel products designed for outdoor use may naturally weather over time depending on the finish selected and the environment they are exposed to. Unless specifically stated otherwise, this is considered normal and is not a manufacturing fault.
Product images are provided as a guide only. Colours and finishes may vary depending on your screen settings.
Orders
Submitting an order does not constitute acceptance of that order.
Once payment has been received and your order has been confirmed, production may commence. Because many of our products are made to order, cancellations or changes are not possible once fabrication has begun.
If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will contact you as soon as possible and provide a suitable resolution.
Pricing
All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Prices may change without notice and do not include delivery charges unless otherwise stated.
Shipping & Collection
Estimated production and delivery timeframes are provided as a guide only and may vary depending on demand.
Customers selecting local pickup or local delivery will be contacted by email to arrange a suitable collection or delivery time.
While we work hard to dispatch orders promptly, we cannot guarantee delivery dates once your order has been handed to a freight carrier.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Where a product has a major manufacturing fault, customers are entitled to the remedies available under Australian Consumer Law.
Intellectual Property
All website content, including logos, branding, product designs, photographs, graphics and written content, remains the property of Light It Up Collective and must not be copied, reproduced or distributed without our written permission.
