Shipping policy
At Light It Up Collective, we're committed to making receiving your order as simple and convenient as possible. We currently offer workshop collection and local delivery, with Australia-wide shipping coming soon.
Workshop Collection
Orders can be collected from our workshop located at:
17 Tarcoola Road
East Wagga Wagga NSW 2650
Collection is available Monday to Friday by appointment only.
Once your order is ready, we'll contact you via email to arrange a suitable collection date and time.
Please do not attend our workshop without a confirmed appointment. As we are a working manufacturing facility, our workshop is not open to the public.
Local Delivery
We offer local delivery within 50km of our workshop in East Wagga Wagga.
If your address falls within our local delivery area, delivery options and pricing will be available during checkout.
Local deliveries are completed on Saturdays between 9am and 12pm. Once your order is ready, we'll contact you to confirm your delivery date and timeframe.
Outside Our Local Delivery Area
If you're located more than 50km from our workshop, we'd still love to help.
Please contact us at sales@lightitupcollective.com before placing your order to discuss alternative delivery or freight options. We're often travelling throughout regional NSW and will always do our best to find a suitable transport solution where possible.
Australia-Wide Shipping
We're currently working hard to introduce reliable Australia-wide shipping across our product range.
As our fire pits and outdoor products are handcrafted from heavy-duty Australian steel, we're taking the time to source freight partners that can deliver your order safely, securely and at a competitive price.
We'll announce Australia-wide shipping as soon as it's available.

If you require your order for a special occasion or event, please get in touch before placing your order.
We'll always do our best to accommodate your timeframe and, if your chosen product is already in stock, we'll arrange collection or dispatch as soon as possible.
